McKinley Lovins
Social Media Manager
McKinley joined the Two Step Social team in 2022 and has been loving it ever since! Her passion is helping small business owners project their brand in a creative and professional way on social media. When she isn’t busy working, you can find her walking with with dog, Maui, shopping, crafting, or hanging out with her family.
Favorite Social Media Platform: My favorite platform is Instagram because I love to make short, fun reels!
Fun Fact: My family has a small ranch where we host campers and sell local produce and baby pigs!
Emily Bilicki
Social Media Manager
Emily is a Social Media Manager at Two Step Social. Emily received her Bachelor of Science from The University Of Tennessee, Knoxville in Public Relations with a minor in Business Administration. Outside of work, you can find Emily playing with her Goldendoodle, Oliver, reading, or spending quality time with friends and family.
Favorite Social Media Platform: My favorite social media platform is Instagram because I love following accounts that organically build a brand through photos, reels, and stories. I believe there is no better way to build a following and connect with your audience than a strong Instagram presence.

Taylor Pleiman
Social Media Manager
Taylor is a Social Media Manager at Two Step Social, and has been part of the team since 2022. She received her Bachelor of Science from Liberty University in Integrated Communications with a minor in Graphic Design. When Taylor is not creating engaging social media content, she enjoys trying new coffee shops, going thrifting, and cooking up new recipes in the kitchen with her husband and cute Aussiedoodle puppy.
Favorite Social Media Platform: My favorite social media platform is Instagram because of how versatile it is. Whether you’re into long-form posts, quick stories, or anything in between, Insta’s got you covered!
Fun Fact: I have a background in social media and graphic design with an international nonprofit.

The Two Step Social team is based in the city of Charlotte, North Carolina. We’re a fully remote team, which means we have had the joy of working with fantastic brands from every corner of the globe. Plus, not having a large, fancy office helps keep our pricing low. No matter where you are, we’re ready to help your brand shine on social media!
