How Our Reseller Program Works

Step 1

Schedule a call with our team to determine if you’re a good fit for our Reseller Program.

Step 2

Choose between a white labeled or gray labeled experience. If you’re opting for a white labeled dashboard, you will need to sign up for Cloud Campaign; we will guide you through this process.

Step 3

Place an order for each of your clients in our Client Portal and complete the intake form. Then, connect your client’s social media accounts to our scheduling tool, or schedule an onboarding call and we can walk you through it!

Step 4

Relax while we handle everything from here! You will receive monthly social media posts to review. Before posting, you and/or your client can provide feedback and we will make the necessary revisions.

Two Step Social resellers have the option to sign up with Cloud Campaign in order to offer their customers a truly white labeled experience. By signing up with Cloud Campaign, our resellers can generate approval links, account connection links, analytics reports, and more that are all customized to the reseller’s brand. With your own account, you have the ability to customize your dashboard’s colors, logo, and domain name.

Two Step Social resellers are not required to become Cloud Campaign customers to participate in the Reseller Program.

The first step is to schedule a call with our team. This call will help us determine if we’d be a good fit, and it’s an opportunity for you to ask any questions.

No – you will not be charged any onboarding or cancellation fees to become a Two Step Social reseller. The only costs you will incur are the fees associated with our monthly plans.

You can charge your clients whatever you’d like; it’s completely up to you. It is common for Two Step Social resellers to charge two to four times the cost of our monthly plans.

Resellers are responsible for collecting payments from their clients and managing their own point-of-sale systems. We can recommend providers based on your situation.

No – our service can be completely white-labeled. You will handle all communication with your clients, and your Cloud Campaign dashboard (our preferred social media scheduling tool) can be white-labeled to your brand.

This is a preference that varies depending on the reseller. We can directly communicate with your clients, or you can relay all communication to us. We are very flexible, depending on the situation!

Two Step Social uses Cloud Campaign to schedule social media content to client accounts. Resellers have the option to open their own Cloud Campaign account, or use Two Step Social’s Cloud Campaign account.

We do not charge any additional fees to resellers for using Two Step Social’s Cloud Campaign account. However, having your own account gives you access to additional features and allows you to directly manage your team’s access to client calendars.
