Connect Your Social Media Accounts
We’ll schedule a short onboarding video call so that we can access your social media accounts.
Your social media manager will also ask some questions about your brand. We can post content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Google Business Profile. If you don’t have social media accounts, that’s okay! Our team of social media experts can help you make some during the call. And don’t worry – we don’t need your usernames or passwords.
Let Your Social Media Manager Take the Reins
Once you’ve completed the two onboarding steps, your experienced US-based social media manager will dive into researching your business and industry. They’ll craft social media content that is on-brand, relevant, and intentional. Our team is full-time and based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Review and Approve Your Social Media Content
Within a few business days after you sign up, you’ll receive a user-friendly approval link containing the first month of social media posts. We value your input, which is why nothing will be published on your social media pages without your approval. If any changes are needed, our team will revise the content until it perfectly aligns with your brand’s voice and style.
